Jo Rams

Jo Rams is active in public law. He assists companies and individuals in their various legal relationships with the public authorities, with a particular focus on environmental law. In doing so, he pays great attention to providing preventive and well-considered advice. He also has experience in litigation before the Constitutional Court, the various administrative courts (including the Council of State, the Council for Permit Disputes, the Council for Election Disputes, etc.), the administrative authorities and the courts of appeal.

Jo Rams also holds the necessary certificate to assist clients in criminal cases before the Court of Cassation.
